1. Return and Refund Conditions

  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, have original tags, be in their packaging, and undamaged.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Valid Reasons:
    • Wrong or faulty item delivered
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Packaging damage or missing parts

2. Return Process

1. Request Submission

  • To initiate a return, please contact our WhatsApp support line at +90 531 738 92 18 with product photos and your order number.

2. Approval and Shipping

  • Once reviewed, a return approval number will be issued.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging via our contracted courier (shipping cost paid by customer) to the following address:

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or tagless products
Requests made after 14 days
Custom-made products (color/size modifications)

4. Exchange Policy

  • For incorrect size/color selections, free exchanges are offered depending on stock availability.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at +90531 738 92 18.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Upon verification, a free replacement will be sent.
